History

Since our establishment in 1950, we have provided plants, various construction machineries like belt conveyors, scaffolding, and other equipments to the factories and the construction sites around the world.

1950	Established Koyo Machine Manufacturing Co.,ltd.
1972	The company name was changed to Koyo Machine Industry Co.,ltd.
1980	Established KYC Machine Industry (Singapore)Pte Ltd by joint venture
1996	Applied BB(Block build) technology to design of batching plant
1999	Yamaguchi Kosan made an equity participation and KYC became members of group of Daiwa can & Sinnihon Kohki. Started sales of WEF type twin shaft compulsory mixer with double sealed structure (shaft sealed)
2000	Started sales of WJK type twin shaft compulsory mixer for high flux and high strength
2001	Started sales of “universal belt” folding type support scaffoldings for heavy weight
2002	Obtained international standard ISO9001certification for twin shaft mixer
2003	Mechanical parking lot for 3 layer/4 step, 4 layer/5 step was approved by minister of land, infrastructure and transport Started sales of “Air fold” safety handrail unit of scaffoldings
2004	Started sales of blower of three leaves & roots type Started sales of air pump system
2005	Started sales of tornado type of compulsory twin shaft mixer for high flux and high strength Started sales of cooling system of ready mixed concrete Production function was transferred from Osaka factory to Nishiwaki Factory according to the completion of new factory of Nishiwaki Started operation of Yachiyo factory 1st and 2nd and three production places gathered at Nishiwaki area Function of headquarter was moved to Chuo-ku, Osaka Completed Koyo Industry (Nanjing) Co.,ltd. in Nanjing City, China and started production Introduced TV conference system to branches throughout Japan, factories and headquarter
2006	Increased capital of KMI services of Singapore to S$400,000
2007	Started sales of a series of aluminum plank “aluminum long stage” Acquired bathing plant business unit from IHI Construction Machinery Engineering department in Tokyo office is established and collaborative engineering operation by two sites including Nishiwaki factory is started Started sales of new twin shaft compulsory mixer “twister new”
2008	Introduced online accounting system
2009	Developed “slide master” tall working stage
2010	Established subsidiary KYC Sorimachi, Co.,ltd with 100% own capital to develop & produce mechanical hoists in Nagaoka City, Niigata Established joint venture KYC Machine, Co,ltd. In ZhuBei, Taiwan for sale of　twin shaft compulsory mixer, scaffoldings and conveyors. Enlarged the scope of certification of international standard ISO9001 to all the products
2011	Acquired Izuteck corporation, conveyor maker specialized for material handling to strengthen conveyor business
2013	Completed Nishiwaki factory 2nd for increased production of scaffoldings and products for plants Established subsidiary KYC Industry (Suzhou) Co.,Ltd with 100% own capital
2015	Established KYC MACHINE INDUSTRY VIETNUM CO.,LTD, to increase the productivity of scaffolding items
